How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for your piece to be printed and dispatched. Larger or customised items may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's any delay.
How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / courier) takes 2–4 working days, and express (Royal Mail 1st Class / courier) takes 1–2 working days. We also ship worldwide: Europe 5–10 working days, USA & Canada 7–14, rest of the world 10–20. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Colours & personalisation
Can I choose a different colour?
Yes. Most products list their colours on the product page, and custom colours are available on request. See Custom Colours.
How does personalisation work?
On personalised products, add the name or text you'd like when you order. Please double-check spelling, as we print exactly what you enter. If you have a question before ordering, contact us.
Care
How do I look after my piece?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Our pieces are printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, which can soften in high heat – for example in hot cars or dishwashers – so keep them away from heat sources and wash by hand in cool water.
Returns
Can I return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us to start a return; items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.
Custom and personalised items can't be returned unless they're faulty or damaged. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, please contact us straight away so we can put it right. Full details are in our refund policy.
