Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Standard (non-personalised) items: 30-day returns
You can return any non-personalised item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. This goes beyond your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- To start a return, email john@robbosales.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with the return address.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service.
- We refund the item price and original standard delivery charge (if you return the whole order) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
2. Personalised and custom items
Items made to your specification (for example with a name, initials, logo, custom text, custom size or custom colour) are made specially for you. Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 they cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Please check spelling and options carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to all items, including personalised ones. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email john@robbosales.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund including delivery costs, and cover any return postage.
4. Made-to-order variation
Each item is 3D printed to order. Fine layer lines and slight colour variation between batches are normal and are not a fault.
5. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund (section 1) and place a new order.
6. Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
